2019 'worst year for air cargo since the GFC' - IATA

The International Air Transport Association (IATA) says 2019 was one of the worst years for global air freight, at least since the global financial crisis in 2009 (when air freight markets contracted by 9.7 per cent).

Australia’s High Court has released its decision in the case of Comptroller-General of Customs v Pharma-A-Care Laboratories Pty Ltd [2020] HCA 2. 
Andrew Hudson, Customs and Trade partner at Melbourne Law firm  Rigby Cooke, says the decision gives some guidance on tariff classification and  looks at possible ramifications.
