Freight airline Sky Gates, which operates between Russia, Europe and the Far East, is adding another B747-400F mid June. 

 

The aircraft is ex-Cathay Pacific and currently operated by Silk Way West Airlines, the partner airline of Sky Gates. 

Sky Gates Cargo Airlines is a Russian all-cargo airline with its European Hub in Maastricht serving Moscow and Novosibirsk en route to/from the Far East. 

"We have recorded high numbers of flown hours on our first aircraft and already have commitments on the second aircraft,” said Nidjat Babayev, senior vice president Sky gates. 

"We expect to announce further exiting news on our development as we plan an integrated approach towards the Russian air cargo market in the future," he added.
