Saudia readies for CEIV or GDP certification

Saudia Cargo is enhancing its products and services including its time-sensitive and temerature-controlled offers.

Rainer Mueller, executive director Commercial of Saudia Cargo, said customers would benefit more in terms of speed, reliability and accuracy.

IATA CEIV certification or GDP certification also is on the cards, in stages starting in the next six months.

"We have to get certified not only as an airline but also as operator of three hubs spread across Dammam, Riyadh and Jeddah," Mueller said.
