Cargolux to spend US$77m on Henan jv

In Europe, Cargolux's board of directors has approved an investment of US$77 million in Henan Cargo Airlines, a joint venture based in Zhengzhou, China and operating under a chinese air operator certificate (AOC).

It will have 25 per cent of the company, with other shareholders Henan Civil Aviation and Development Investment (HNCA), the Henan Airport Group and Xinggang Investment Group holding 75 per cent.
Henan Cargo's first flight is expected to take place in Q4 2018.
