Air cargo IT supplier Champ Cargosystems and Japan Airlines (JAL) are to build on their past collaboration to develop new-generation processes that will benefit the airline and its cargo customers.

As well as Champ’s Cargospot cargo management application, JAL already uses Champ’s Business Intelligence tool, the ULD Manager asset management system and the Customs Gateway reporting system.
