Australia’s Department of Immigration and Border Protection (DIBP) says not all payment consolidations that were awaiting collection Thursday December 21 were processed.

This was caused by delays in DIBP payment processing.

 

Friday’s payment processing will pick up any remaining payments and new payments generated up until midday, Friday 22 December.

 

Clients can run their EFT reports as per normal to check whether their payments have been processed.

 

DIBP has apologised for any inconvenience caused.
