Champ launches ICS2-compliant Traxon

Champ Cargo systems has launched Traxon Global eCommerce (TGE), a new purpose-built service to address new ICS2 requirements for cargo pre-load security and pre-arrival filings for e-commerce shipments. 
At House Air Waybill (HAWB) level, the new rules mean each commodity must be reported  separately, putting pressure on air carriers, freight forwarders, express courier service providers and postal operators that do not have the processes or technology in place to respond to the new requirements.  
E-commerce is estimated to be worth US$6.9 trillion in 2024, with growth expected to continue.
