Maersk Air Cargo has appointed Lars Jordahn its new Copenhagen-based global head, effective March 1, taking over from Peter Corfitsen, who is moving to a new role (in Maersk).

Jordahn most recently was chief executive of Swedish freighter lessor and operator, West Atlantic, but also has served as managing director global airlines for TNT Airways, managing director of Swedish regional cargo and passenger airline Amapola Flyg and managing director of DHL Express Sweden.
