Sats, the largest airfreight ground handler at Singapore Changi Airport, has postponed the start of its import handling fee until May 15, due to opposition from freight forwarders.

The fee itself remains unchanged, with a charge of S$0.04 per kilogram of cargo and a minimum fee of S$10 per shipment, SATS said.
