PAL goes daily to Australia

Philippine Airlines (PAL) will next month increase its services between Australia and Manila to seven times a week.

Effective 27 March, the carrier's new schedule will offer four daytime flights each week as well as three new evening flights, offering better onward connections.

All flights will serve both Melbourne and Sydney and will be operated by A340-300 aircraft.

The general manager of Philippine Airlines' gsa in Australia, Rakso Australia's Brett McDougall, said the airline was enjoying strong growth on its Sydney and Melbourne routes.
