OSyS inks Spanair deal

Optimized Systems and Solutions (OSyS) is to provide operational fuel use analysis and management to Spain's Spanair.

As part of the deal, OSyS will help Spanair meet its aviation goals under EU Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) requirements.

Starting in 2012, emissions from all domestic and international flights that arrive or depart from an EU airport will be covered by the EU ETS.
