Qantas suffers another problem

A Qantas Boeing 747 with 352 aboard was forced to land in Bangkok, Thailand mid week as the Australian carrier suffered the latest in a series of mechanical problems.

The Sydney-bound flight reported problems soon after take off and had to return to the Thai capital.

Also, on Tuesday, a Qantas Boeing 737-400 carrying 99 passengers lost cabin pressure mid-flight en route from Adelaide to Melbourne.

And last week a Qantas flight en route to New York had to make a stop in Fiji after the Boeing 747 developed a problem with a fuel valve.
