The International Air Cargo Association (TIACA) has elected Michael Steen - executive vp and coo of Atlas Air - as its chairman. In other moves, Swiss International chief of cargo Oliver Evans and Jason Foote, vice president international air operations at UPS both have joined the TIACA board.
