Sydney adds fifth Chinese airline

Australia's Sydney Airport has added another Chinese airline - Hainan Airlines - taking the total of Chinese airlines flying to and from Sydney to five.

Hainan will fly an A330 three-times-a-week between Sydney, Shenzhen and Hangzhou.

Sydney Airport ceo Russell Balding described the carrier as a "fast-growing airline with an extensive Chinese domestic network."
