The world's largest lessor of airplanes is making lower estimates of future lease rates and plane sales.

Insurer AIG subsidiary International Lease Finance Corp - one the largest customers of plane makers like Boeing and Airbus  - said it expects lower estimated future lease rates and sale prices for selected models.

AIG also has reiterated ILFC is in talks with Boeing on revised schedules - and potential compensation - for the delayed 787 Dreamliner plane. ILFC is the largest customer for the plane and has 74 on order.
