China Southern joins SkyTeam Cargo

The carrier is China's largest airline and its cargo arm has seven Boeing freighters and one Airbus freighter, with another Boeing freighter due for delivery next year.
"China Southern Airlines is implementing a development strategy which will transform it into an international, network-orientated airline.
"We have been looking forward to co-operating with leading airlines around the world to speed up our integration into the international aviation industry, build up our brand awareness and enhance our international competitiveness," said Chen Gang, the carrier's executive vice president.
