Qatar warns Airbus on freighter conversions

Qatar's Qatar Airways has told Airbus to decide its A330 cargo conversion strategy or risk losing its business to Boeing.

Airbus is thought to prefer to push its new-build A330-200 freighter instead of converting older metal.

Qatar says the converted A330s would either join Qatar Airways' cargo arm or be placed with its newly-created leasing division.
