West Atlantic inks first A320 conversion deal

European carrier West Atlantic says it will be the world's first operator of the Airbus A320 passenger-to-freight (P2F) conversion, done by AerCap.

The deal involves three aircraft to be delivered by mid 2013, with the option of a further four aircraft by 2015.

The airline has major bases at Coventry (UK), Gothenburg (Sweden) and Luxembourg airports.
