Finnish services strike threatens flights

The action - by about 900 members - affects the domestic airlines Finnair, SAS's Blue 1 and Finncomm.
Finnair had to cancel at least nine return flights on Monday and expected more cancellations during the week.
If no settlement is reached, cancellations could become more frequent, as aircraft are routinely serviced every two days.
There also is a possibility the strike might expand to cover Aviation Union members employed in other airport ground services.
