Schenker to merge five in Hungary

Germany's Deutsche Ban arm Schenker International Forwarding and Logistics is to merge five Hungarian interests into a single unit.

The new arm, Schenker Kft will offer a full range of services.

The merged company will be launched officially on 1 January 2011.
