Changi upgrades services

Singapore's Changi Airport has launched a dozen initiatives aimed at passengers, including an instant passenger issues feedback system at the airport plus a free-of charge application for iPhone and iPad users that updates flight timings, directs passengers to the correct check-in rows, boarding gates and arrival baggage belts and provides information on retail and dining options available in each terminal.

Other initiatives include free baby strollers and wheelchairs, plus priority lanes for mothers with babies and wheelchair passengers.

Changi says the changes will be rolled out in phases, completing by the end of next year.
