Ethiopia's Ethiopian Airlines says it will restructure into an aviation investment group using the carrier's subsidiary areas such as cargo, passenger and IT services as businesses.

Its management recently developed a 15-year development strategy dubbed "Vision 2025" aimed at making the airline a world-class carrier.

Now reports say under a parent company, Ethiopian will have six different business units.
