Kenya Airways is to join IATA's e-freight program as part of a wider airline transformation process.

The move should cut the amount of paper used in cargo handling as well as increasing efficiency.

"The cargo business has invested in modern IT systems to improve the cargo operations process," said Sauda Rajab, the airline's cargo general manager.
