K+N to fight NZ cartel charge

Switzerland's Kuehne + Nagel says it will fight cartel charges filed against it and other forwarders in the New Zealand High Court by NZ's Commerce Commission.

"Kuehne + Nagel International disputes the allegations made by the Commission and will defend the proceedings," a spokesperson said.

The investigation has been ongoing since 2007 and covers alleged cartel activity from 2001.
