Taiwan acts after airport party

Two officials at Taiwan's main international airport have been transferred from their posts after workers allegedly held a party with alcohol while on duty.

The scandal may also have ended the career of director-general of the Civil Aeronautics Administration (CAA) Lee Lung-wen, who stepped down from his post.

The CAA is responsible for all aviation activities in Taiwan and also oversees the airport's operations.
