Continental, Brussels Air launch code-share

Star Alliance marketing group partners Continental Airlines and Brussels Airlines have started code-sharing on Continental's trans-Atlantic flights between New York and Brussels, as well as on selected flights on both sides of the Atlantic.

Effective August 9, Continental placed its code on selected Brussels Airlines-operated flights between Brussels and nine cities in Europe as well as 12 cities in Africa.

Brussels Airlines placed its code on Continental's daily flights between Brussels and its New York hub as well as on selected flights to five US destinations operated by Continental beyond New York.

Members of Continental's frequent flyer program OnePass and Brussels Airlines' program Miles & More now are able to earn and redeem mileage anywhere on either airline's global route network.
