Deutsche Post DHL has formally transferred ownership of its former US air and ground hub in Wilmington, Ohio, USA to Clinton County, freeing the way for local authorities to redevelop the facility into a possible airfreight or logistics hub.

The facility sits on 2,200 acres and is the largest privately owned airport in the country.
