Leading UK airport operator BAA is outsourcing IT services to a consortium led by Capgemini UK in a five-year contract. Valued at approximately GBP100 million, BAA says the move will improve 'the airport experience' for passengers, staff, airlines and retailers at London Heathrow and the company's five other UK airports.
The consortium includes SITA, Atkins, Computacenter and Amor Group.
