The governments of Canada and the United Kingdom have signed an open skies air transport pact intended to enhance air travel and trade between the two countries. The new deal which comes in to effect 01 September, will see UK and Candaian airlines able to offer virtually unlimited passenger and cargo flights to and from third countries via the United Kingdom or Canada.
