‘Prioritise' is the carrier’s new express product. Customers will be able to send freight of any weight across the airline’s network with every consignment carrying a performance guarantee - a 50 per cent refund of the freight charges if the cargo does not travel as booked.
The airline is also introducing a new airmail product, enabling the business to re-enter the transfer mail market. An increase in capacity available for the airmail product in the Premia will enable the handling team to handle significantly higher airmail volumes.
