GATI, the express distribution and supply chain solutions major in India, last month launched a dedicated freighter service  in partnership with Air India Cargo. A PRIMARY focus of the Customs Brokers and Forwarders Council of Australia Inc (CBFCA) submission to the Independent Pricing and Regulatory Tribunal (IPART) Review of the Interface between the Land Transport Industries and the Stevedores at Port Botany has been in relation to storage and vehicle booking system issues administered by both stevedores (Patrick Corporation and DP World). More specifically these issues have been referenced in context of containers selected by the Australian Customs Service (Customs) for x-ray and /or physical examination at its container examination facilities (CEFs).
