Sauvé-Hopkins wins senior dnata role

Clive Sauvé-Hopkins (pictured right) has been appointed divisional senior vice president (DSVP), Airport Operations for Dubai-based dnata.
In his role, he will oversee dnata’s global ground handling and cargo business. 
Sauvé-Hopkins previously has held senior leadership positions with Swissport, Servisair, Aviapartner, Qatar Airways and the Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company (ADQ).

DHL deploys first eActros 300 tractor trailers

DHL Freight has deployed its first fully-electric 19-tonne tractor-trailers eActros 300 at its Koblenz and Hagen sites in Germany.  

In line with the Group’s sustainability strategy, the plan is to increase the share of electric vehicles in the delivery fleet to 60 per cent and that of sustainable fuels within the DHL Group to more than 30 per cent.
