ANA considers change of direction for budget duo

Japan's ANA Holdings Inc may move some Boeing 767 aircraft from its premium ANA brand to its low-cost offshoots Vanilla Air and Peach Aviation to use on new medium-haul international routes.
Both budget carriers currently use narrow body Airbus A320s for domestic and short-haul international destinations.

ANA ceo Yuji Hirako did not give a time frame for the fleet change - or confirm that it would definitely happen.

ANA is retiring its 767 fleet and replacing them with Boeing 787 equipment. It also is taking delivery of three Airbus A380s for use on flights to Honolulu, USA from 2019.
