Amnet merging with Taazu

USA-based Amnet New York, a major travel company servicing the Japanese market, is merging with tech platform Taazu.
Giri Devanur, ceo of Taazu commented: "This merger will help us build an omni-channel travel platform offering end-to-end travel services and scale our business to US$100 million by 2020."
 
Amnet provides travel services to both Japanese and US consumers. It has more than 60 employees and offices in New York, Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, Orange County and Hawaii.
 
Taazu enables bookings of in-destination experiences, with a claimed access to more than 15,000 operators and 700,000 curated tours, activities and attractions around the world.
