Event management software (EMS) company Aventri has acquired ITN International, a NFC, mobile and cloud-based technology company. 

The acquisition of ITN will add five new offices in North America, the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific, servicing over 125 events, 10,000 exhibitors and 1.5 million attendees annually.

 

As part of the acquisition, Ivan Lazarev, ceo of ITN will join the Aventri executive team as the Group head of Onsite Services, leading Aventri’s global strategy in that area.

 

ITN executive team members coo Spencer Segura, cto Chris Macleod and cro Mike Sorgani also will join Aventri in senior management roles focused on onsite technology.
