Singapore Airlines unveils new cabin enhancements

Singapore Airlines has unveiled new cabin products which will be fitted to its A380 fleet from next month, following a four-year development program that represents an investment of more than A$1.1 billion. The airline says the new cabin offers provide more space and privacy in all classes and will be fitted on the first of five new A380 aircraft entering the fleet. Retrofit work will also take place on 14 existing aircraft, to ensure product consistency across the entire A380 fleet.
 
The A380 will be configured with 471 seats in four classes, featuring six first class suites and 78 business class seats on the upper deck, and 44 premium economy seats and 343 economy class seats on the main deck.
