BA to board cheap ticket holders last

UK-based British Airways has joined many of its competitors and partner airlines and from mid-December will introduce a 'zoned boarding concept'.
At check in, each customer will be identified according to their cabin of travel and frequent-flyer status. 
 
A number will be displayed prominently on each boarding pass, printed or mobile. 
 
Discount ticket holders can expect to board last, while customers who are entitled will continue to be offered priority boarding for both long haul flights and short-haul/domestic.
