Virgin Australia offers Bali alternatives

Virgin Australia is offering customers booked to travel to Denpasar (Bali) up until 04 December 2017 the option of switching to alternative holiday destinations as a result of the ongoing volcanic eruptions at Mount Agung.
Customers have the option to change their travel itinerary within 30 days of their original travel date, with options including:

Rebooking their flights to Bali for a later date, changing their flight booking to Nadi (Fiji) or Port Vila (Vanuatu), with no fare difference to be applied to the customer.

All changes are subject to availability and must be to the same fare type.

Customers also can change their flight booking to another destination within Virgin Australia’s domestic or international network, with fare differences to be paid by the guest.

The carrier will honour the value of original Denpasar airfares paid by guests for these new destinations and will also waive any change or cancellation fees.

Conditions apply.
