Jetstar 'looks okay over Xmas'

Australian airline Jetstar's baggage handlers and ramp workers have decided not to strike over the Christmas period, following morning work stoppages at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Cairns and Avalon over wages and conditions claims.
The TWU called off strikes to allow people to travel home for Christmas and will continue negotiations with Jetstar management.

Jetstar pilots earlier made the same commitment despite their disagreement with the carrier.
