Booking.com promises to fix problems

On-line travel booking system Booking.com has pledged to end 'manipulative techniques' on its site, including time limits for making bookings and misrepresentation of discounts.
The EU executive and the Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets have accepted commitments the company has made to bring its practices in line with EU consumer law.
