SPACIOUS guest rooms and suites that have been ‘brought to life’ with a sparkling new vision, breathtaking views across the Brisbane skyline and a hotel experience that feels like the warmest of warm welcomes... new and returning guests can expect all this and more at the stunningly refurbished Pacific Hotel Brisbane.
The property is part of the Pacific Hotel Group, which provides terrific accommodation in some of Australia’s best locations, including Cairns and Canberra.
Located on the site of what previously was the Hotel Urban, the Pacific Hotel Brisbane is close to the vibrant city business district (CBD) and overlooks the lush Roma Street Parklands of Spring Hill.
Its convenience for business and leisure visitors is complemented by its proximity to other landmarks, being just 100m from Brisbane Private Hospital and with easy access to Roma Street Station, Queen Street Mall, Suncorp Stadium and more.
All 179 guest rooms and suites plus conference rooms, restaurant, bar and swimming pool have undergone a magnificent renewal.
The superb interior transformation took place under the creative eye of talented Australian hospitality designer Janine Lauder of Janineous Design. All guest rooms and suites have direct balcony access, with the majority boasting city or park views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or an after-work drink.
Behind the scenes, technical upgrades have allowed the hotel to focus on the needs of both business and leisure guests, with ‘smart’ tvs and streaming capabilities, and free high-speed wifi.
Public areas also have benefited. The Pacific Hotel Brisbane’s lobby features plenty of relaxed seating and a co-working hub perfect for casual meetings or for working remotely.
“With Brisbane set to embark on an incredible journey over the next few years, we are delighted that the Pacific Hotel Brisbane is ready to contribute to that evolution,” said general manager Andrew Hudson.
The new look coincides with the launch of the new ‘Pacific Terrific’ promise, which spotlights the hotel’s friendly, relaxed vibe that starts at check in and flows through to the stunning design and excellent service.
“We’re passionate about providing guests with a truly relaxing and memorable stay that captures the Pacific Terrific spirit.
“It’s all about how we want the guest to feel from the minute they walk through the door to the minute they leave. It’s the same whether they’re here on business, with family or to attend an event,” said Hudson.
Adding to the revitalised look and feel, a new menu cleverly created by executive chef Zac Ruston has dishes that can be enjoyed in the dining areas or on the large and leafy alfresco terrace.
The refreshed feel is also well-reflected in the new web site design (at www.pacifichotelbrisbane.com.au), which is stylishly simple and very user-friendly, offering guests their first look at the new direction for the property.
The Pacific Hotel Brisbane also boasts a range of conference venues and meeting rooms close to Brisbane’s CBD.
With five spaces to choose from, the hotel can cater for up to 180 people. To complement a Brisbane event, the property also offers accommodation packages, secure undercover parking, AV equipment hire and assistance with catering arrangements.
