A mix of ancient wonders, Trans Tasman delights, European gems and off the beaten track locations make up travel agent Flight Centre’s Top Ten travel destinations for 2008.
The company’s travel consultants have studied travel trends, surveyed customers and come up with the list of where it expects to be sending customers in 2008. The list includes Kenya which “now boasts more tours than ever”; the Philippines; the eastern Mediterranean island of Cyprus; India; Ukraine; bargain-priced Samoa in the Pacific; new flights from Sydney to Santiago see Chile included; with Petra now a wonder of the world, the kingdom of Jordan makes the list at eight; with Laos in Asia and ever popular New Zealand completing the selection. |
