Metro Hospitality Group has appointed Matthew Graydon general manager of Dugong Beach Resort, a luxury eco-resort in the remote Groote Eylandt Archipelago north of Darwin, Australia.
The Group assumed management responsibilities for the resort in January 2009.
In his new role, Graydon is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the property, as well as identifying and capitalising on opportunities to grow the resort’s leisure and corporate business.
Prior to taking up this position, Graydon was involved with the Cypress Lakes Group as general manager for both Cypress Lakes Resort and the Golden Door Health Retreat - Elysia.
