Airlines' financial performance is at pre-crisis levels and expectations of future profitability are rising, the International Air Transport Association (IATA) says.
Almost 70 per cent of its airline members that responded to a survey said they made money during the last quarter and expect further improvement over the year ahead.
In the last survey in April, just 57 per cent of respondents reported profitability over the previous quarter.
