The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), a major Dubai region venue operator and events organiser, says it has won bids to host eight new congresses in 2011 and 2012. They were not named.

Covering sectors including health care, transportation, legal and technology, the events are expected to attract approximately 70,000 delegates.
