Philippine Airlines (PAL) says it is in talks to invest in a foreign carrier using funds from Philippines-based San Miguel Corp.
"We're in talks to invest in a foreign airline," the carrier said. PAL also plans to order at least 100 new planes in the next five years and to reposition itself as a low-cost carrier (LCC).
