El Al to launch Up BTN News Thursday, 05 December 2013 Israel's El Al is launching 'Up', a low-cost carrier that will offer fares from US$69 to Europe. It will have both an economy plus and an economy cabin and plans to launch 30 March with flights to Berlin, Budapest, Kiev, Prague and Larnaca.
