JNTO seeks event organiser

The Japan National Tourism Organisation (JNTO) in Sydney, Australia has called for registrations of interest from qualified Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to organise a familiarisation tour to Japan.

DMCs with clients based in Australia or New Zealand considering Japan for incentives or corporate meetings are invited to apply.

The purpose of the trip is to allow key decision makers to research and inspect facilities and hotels and experience incentive programs so they can gain a better understanding of Japan’s offerings and recommend Japan as a destination to their clients.

The overall goal is to increase the number of groups visiting Japan for incentives and corporate trips.

The proposal period runs 29 June 2015 through 24 July 2015.

Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Interested parties must email tenders@jnto.org.au asking for the Request for Proposals document with the project name in the subject of the email.

The Request for Proposals document will then be emailed. It contains all necessary information about project scope, deliverables and deadlines.

Proposals must be handed to the Sydney office, or delivered by mail.
