Mohd Nadziruddin Mohd Basri has been appointed chief executive of Malaysia Airlines’ (MAS’) new subsidiary MAB Ground Handling Services, effective 01 September 2015.
He has been with MAS since late 2013, first as chief financial officer and then leading the Restructuring Management Office as chief restructuring officer from late 2014.
In his new position, he will focus on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of ground handling services provided to the airline’s passengers and aircraft as well as to third party airlines.
