Passengers joining the cruise ship Sea Princess in Fremantle, Western Australia on Monday 21 September have been advised the ship will embark passengers later than originally scheduled due to a higher than normal incidence of gastrointestinal illness among guests caused by norovirus on the current cruise.
A sanitation program has been undertaken on board and the ship will undergo an additional disinfection in Perth (Fremantle) on Monday, September 21. The ship will now board passengers between 17.00 and 19.00hrs.
